Google reCAPTCHA
We use the "reCAPTCHA" service on our website. This service is used to distinguish whether an entry in our online forms is made by a natural person or abusively by mechanical and automated processing (so-called "bots").
Processed data: Within the scope of this service, technical data is transmitted to Google, in particular your IP address, information on the operating system, browser type, language settings and interaction data (e.g. mouse movements or dwell time) required for the analysis of the human origin of the input.
Purpose of processing: The use of reCAPTCHA serves the security of our IT systems and protection against spam and abuse.
Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR to protect our online offer from automated attacks.
Order processing: We have concluded a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) with the provider. Google processes the data on our behalf and strictly for the intended purpose. Use of the data by Google for its own purposes (e.g. profiling or advertising purposes) is excluded.
Service provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Third-country transfer: Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or on the basis of standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

Google Tag Manager
Nature and scope of processing
We use the Google Tag Manager of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter "Google") on our website. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus, for example, integrate Google Analytics and other marketing services into our online offer).
The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of the users beyond what is technically necessary. The tool only ensures that other tags are triggered, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. However, due to the integration of the service, the user's IP address is technically transmitted to Google in order to enable the execution of the script.
Purpose and legal basis
The use of the Google Tag Manager is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG. We use the service to bundle various services on our website efficiently and to optimize loading times.
Storage duration and third-country transfer
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. The data collected within the scope of the service may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. For the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (Data Privacy Framework), in which Google is certified. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for our processing purposes.
Revocation of consent
You can revoke your consent at any time via our Cookie and Privacy Settings with effect for the future.
